Rich and David were excellent and easy to work with. When we arrived early, Brandon greeted us and gave a brief tour to our other leaders before our scheduled event. We will absolutely be back with our group; youth leaders and students were raving about how great it was!

Ariana, our party host did an amazing job. She was friendly with the kids while being quick and efficient. The guy I spoke to when booking the party and confirming the details was also great. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

I was highly satisfied with staff at Sky Zone. Everyone was very friendly and made the party less stressful for myself. The team member assuaged to our party was amazing! He was super helpful controlling the party and timing for our event. I also felt the price was good.

The kids loved it. Chris, our party escort, was fantastic and really energetic. He played with the kids and did a great job.

The staff was more than accommodating before, after, & during the party. Everyone had a blast, including my son, the birthday boy. Food was good, the room was clean, drinks were good. I would definitely come back for another party!

We gave that Westlake Sky Zone team super short notice of the party we were trying to plan. They all went above and beyond to help us pull the event together. Dakota was incredibly helpful and should be recognized for going above and beyond to help us pull it all together. Everyone else on the Westlake Sky Zone staff was incredible! We'll be back again for another party next year and that's because of the staff. Thanks again!

Tje booking process was very easy. Our host was very nice and readily available. I only wish for the price we got a full 90 minutes to jump then we should have at least had a full hour in the party room. I just felt it was a little rushed. All the kids wanted a little more time to jump after eat6but couldn't because there wasn't enough time to do that and cake and presents.
