I recently organized a party for my 7 year old. She was extremely excited due to this being our first visit to Sky Zone. We were both extremely satisfied. Everything went great from the online booking to the event itself. Our hosts Chris and Isabelle were also great. They were attentive and energetic and just made the event an even better experience.

Then end results from the party was great but the communication leading up to it could have been a lot better.

Waivers not signed previous to check-in. I spent 30 minutes trying to get a hold of parents. Some kind of notification to party organizer prior to event (possibly 24 hours) would be nice so that we have knowledge of missing information. Icee's not given out until leaving party; gifts not opened nor brought to upper party room. Would have preferred 90 minutes of continuous jumping and THEN have birthday celebration (instead we had one hour jump, party for 20 minutes and then free jump) Kids didn't even eat cake as they were told they could jump again prior to eating cake so they all scattered. Then time to leave needed to find everyone. Would have been easier if they ended with party and all kids were together.

Getting in touch with a rep was VERY challenging. I had specific questions I needed addressed, and I could not get in touch with anyone over the phone despite multiple attempts. I had to drive out in person. After I booked, I had to call again with questions and again had difficulty navigating through the phone tree.

Our event host, Ross, was great with the kids! No complaints there at all. It seemed like they were understaffed, maybe? The girl checking us in had to keep bouncing back and forth from our party check in to the other line. Our party things weren't ready to go, from the cart, to the table set-up, to food. Ross was trying to entertain the kids and run around to get set-up done. I felt bad for him! Also, while he was trying to set-up and our kids were on the main court, a kid NOT from our party was literally tackling and hurting our kids, and the young man "in charge" of the main court wasn't addressing it at all. Parents had to step in....

I did not receive responses to my emails that addressed all of my questions, and left a voicemail but never received a return call. The party was fantastic, but it was stressful leading up to it not knowing the answers to some of my concerns.

I booked the Epic Birthday party and had more than 15 guests come. I thought the $40.00 per person over the allotted 15 people was extremely high. Also was bummed that we couldn't use a Groupon because we didn't mention it in advance. We just asked when we arrived for the party. Our fault but still was a bummer. Before the party I called several times within a week to ask questions and increase our party plan, left 2 messages and never received a call back. I only reached someone when I called for the third time. Overall this was a great venue and we will most likely be back but feel it was a little over priced.
