Our party planner (cant remember his name) was AMAZING!!! Actually my kids have been Skyzone since you opened and the staff there has always been top knotch!!!! This is the third year in a row we have had Birthday parties there!

The setup of the birthday party was very easy. Making changes to the party was also very easy. The party itself went very smoothly and I was impressed with the staff. The kids had a ton of fun and the adults enjoyed it as well.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They made check-in easy and I really appreciated that someone was in the party room to help serve food and drinks. My husband and I were impressed with the way Sky Zone made sure the birthday party went smoothly. The kids had a blast jumping and devoured the pizza. The only negative thing I could think of is that 40 minutes in the party room is a bit short, but we had a smaller group so it was fine. Felt a bit rushed but having a staff person in the party room really kept things moving along. All in all, I would give this experience a 10/10!
