Staff was friendly and patient with very excited kids. Really helpful in answering questions related to food allergies. Easy check in.

When we checked in they were super helpful and had no problem with adding people to the party. Our host James was amazing and did a great job!! Any questions we had or needed more things he was right there to help and make our experience amazing. I would definitely have him as a host again.

The kids were able to try every activity they wanted. The person in the birthday party room was awesome! This was just like pushing the easy button for the birthday party.

My 3-year-old had a wonderful birthday. All her guests were also very entertained. The jump time before the party room was a little too long for my toddler but I think that's just her.

Birthday party was very well organized and they took care of all details and transported our items to party room and set them up nicely. The party room attendant was nice to kids and kept things flowing and did all the serving. The kids all seemed to have fun at the park.

Super impressed with birthday hostess Elizabeth who made the party memorable for our 11yr old. Also wanted to give another shout out to crew mbr Brian who went above and beyond for my special needs nephew on the course, encouraging him and helping when needed to get out of foam pit. Nice to have inclusivity and staff that cares at a place like this.
