Super nice girl who ran our party.

AmManuel was our host. He was extremely attentive, fun and made our party members feel special. Everything seemed clean and employees seemed attentive

The location manager and our personal assistant (Kayla, I think) were amazing. Kayla in particular was very hard working, extremely pleasant, and treat the little girls in our group with extreme loving kindness.

I booked a last minute "snow day party" for 12 kids- needed to burn energy while school was out for Day 4 of extreme cold. Staff was SUPER helpful and got me a party room with 3 hours notice! VERY happy parents and kids- well worth the $$!!

We shouldn’t have gotten a T-shirt for the birthday kid but we didn’t. Other than that everything was great!

Great communication from staff before and during party. Party assistant was wonderful to work with. Organization of the birthday process was so smooth.

My experience in booking the party was wonderful! She took the time to answer my questions and walk me through what to expect. The communication via email and phone was helpful. The party host, Alex, was super chill and flexible. He was engaged with the kids/us just the right amount. I was really impressed with how well he directed things. He didn't need to be the star of the show but was proactive with drinks and napkins and candles and chatted with the kids. They thought he looked like Wolverine..bonus. ;) . THANKS for a great experience!

I like the upgrades and all the different areas and activities offered. It's a fun place for kids of all ages and adults too. Unfortunately, our pizza was cold and didn't appear fresh. We were also ran out of the room at the end because the next party was waiting.

I wish that my party could have used the birthday room during the jump time. We had many adults in our party that needed to sit down during the jump time, so that was not good. I won’t have a party again if we cannot use the party room during jump time.
