I would highly recommend letting Birthday kids jump longer for the price of the party. Have more options at the concession stands. Also signs to the bathroom and drinking fountain.

I was happy with everything except that we were unable to go in the party room when we arrived but they accommodated is and let us go in there soo adults had somewhere to sit.

With a party of 18 young children, it would have been nice to have a pitcher of water or something to drink before 9pm. The kids were all complaining of being very thirsty and I had to keep asking for water cups and waiting in line to fill them with warm water from the drinking fountain.

Four children in our party signed up for the climbing wall area. One child did not realize she could do the other activities in the area after trying the climbing wall, so she took her gear off and exited. When she realized the other three kids were still doing things she asked if she could go back in and they said no, even though she'd just exited three minutes prior. She came to me and was crying, so I asked the guy inside the area (the one who harnessed them up and was helping them) if she could go back in and he said if the girls at the gate said no, then no. Honestly, all the tears could have been avoided had they let her back in and it wouldn't have eaten up more than a few minutes of their time.

We were rushed to do presents at the end or skip it all together. I wanted more time for that.

Very satisfied - just thinking Wait time and prices for future visits with having 4 kiddos could get spendy!

Very disappointed that my daughter, the birthday girl, did not get to do the rock climbing. We were not told you have to sign up right away. I paid A LOT of money for her not to get to do that activity. We have only been there 2 other times in the past 2 yrs. so we weren't not aware that that was an unwritten rule. She was very dissappointed as was I.

I don't know how to easily solve this problem, but overall it was chaotic in the jump area and hard to keep track of multiple kids. Too busy. It would be nice to separate the 2 dodge ball courts by age, like one for under 10 years old and one for over 10. Many younger kids could use reminders before entering areas, such as "here is the line" "wait until this happens before you take your turn" or "be sure to walk in the padding or don't enter this area".

It was more expensive than other kid party options and less organized. Team members often walked away from the counter during the check in process and disappeared for long periods of time, making guests wait. The pizza was cold when we served it at the scheduled time.

I paid to have Skyzone Coordinate the party which I was told meant entertaining the kids during the check in process so they didn’t run wild along with the party room. The check in process was a disaster with the children bouncing off the walls and no help, very embarrassing. The party room was a bit better but I would not pay what I did again to have a party “hosted” by Skyzone let alone leave a tip greater than 10%.
