I had an issue with the signup of the harnessed warrior zone. Not all of the kids in our party were able to participate in this and it’s what everyone wanted to do.

The park was super packed. There weren’t as many areas/spaces for open jump foe how many people were there. The boys wanted to play dodgeball but did a lot of standing around waiting for the next game instead of playing/jumping. I did like the amount of staff on site and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was tasty. I have now had a birthday party for children at both SkyZone and Rock N Jump. I will return to Rock N Jump despite the distance from my house simply because SkyZone was just too busy for a birthday party. Maybe there should be a cap of the number of jumpers allowed during birthday party time frames? The children that attended with me were all 10 years old. I can't imagine having younger children there with all of the craziness that was going on.

Party favors were taken from me at check in and never brought into our party room. As a result the kids never received their party favors. Called after I returned home to notify them about the favors. Returned back within an hour of the party to pick them up an nobody apologized and nothing was asked about it. Some suggestions: Leaving some time in between parties so you don't have to rush the previous party out as they are frantically collecting their items. Having one section of trampolines designated for party only and the rest of the facility open to the public. The party then as the option to stay in designated area or move around.

We had a 3 year old in our group and there weren't many things for her to do. Also not everyone in our group could go on the climbing wall and we didnt get time to do the jousting, dodgeball or basketball. Also for the amount of money we paid and amount of jump time we had we believe there wasn't enough time to experience all the activities. We believe that birthday parties should be put first before the public.

Sky zone was great, in fact, wonderful from start to finish, with one big exception. If I had questions after securing my sons birthday party, I could not get anyone to answer anything unless it was to add another uograde to my package. No one knew to who my roster emails were getting sent, even though they gave me the email address, no one could answer any details about the party via text or via phone. It was only until two days before the party when the manager called me and took care of everything. If I had known he would call me then I would have let everything go, but it because confusing and frustrating to have questions and no answer. The manager was GREAT and the staff at the party were great too. Especially our host Noah! He was professional, attentive, calm, smart, and friendly. We really appreciate him

Our "host" forgot to sticker our group so i ran around with her trying to help instead of watching my kids having fun. At party room time our "host" was oblivious to one of our group getting injured as she led them to the space. She brought the wrong pizza and didn't bring the fruits and veggies i brought. I had to request them. Then told me we have 10 mins for presents. I also have jacket that were not apart of our parties once i talked to all the parents. So i guess i got 2 jackets out of the deal.
