Chad was our party host and he was amazing !!! He was friendly, prompt, and informative. As the party Mom I had alot to be sure went correctly, and he mapped out the day perfectly! Please recognize Chad for the job well done!!

The staff welcomed me as soon as we arrived and took care of all of the details. It was easy to add additional items needed and our representative even helped load the car at the end.

It was relatively easy to book the birthday party, both when we visited to learn more about it (Chris was friendly and helpful). The kids loved the jump areas and the birthday party room was clean and well set up.

Friendly staff, everything was quick and professional. Equipment was well cared for despite the small basketball hoop being out of order and there were only 2 dodgeballs....one was flat.

We had a great time! Brooke was our party Host and was great!!
