The customer service I received was everything. The manager and workers were fantastic with everything. Everything I needed I got within a timely manners from the time I entered til the time I left. It was my daughter’s 5th birthday party. My son birthday is next month and we plan on returning for fun again for my son 4th birthday party. The fact that they let us book just a couple hours before the party made me even more excited because I didn’t have anything planned out right for my daughter. I’ll recommend skyzone anytime to family and friends.

The kids had a great time. The staff was nice. The gentleman helping us with the party was very polite and helped with pizza and cake. It has all kids of different things for the kids to do.

There were 6 birthday parties going on including ours the day of the birthday party so the experience was very chaotic but the staff handled it extremely professional and went above and beyond the best they were able with so much going on. The consensus from our group(35 people 26 jumpers) is MORE JUMP TIME so we are already discussing doing a group event of just lots of jumping and everyone is excited about it

The staff was friendly and very helpful. We had first time jumpers with us and they had such a good time and will return. I had parents asking me how to book online. Everyone had a great experience.

Ty at the front desk and the guy who helped us in the party room were absolutely awesome! They were both so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

Little to no set up for party. Tons of fun for the kids. No clean up after party.

Very easy booking online..staff was very friendly. MIA was wonderful. It was clean and my kiddos loved it. Definitely be back
