This was my daugther’s birthday and our team member in charge of the birthday room did her best and was nice, but I ended up having to help with everything because she needed help and would have been nice for her to have another team member available to help her.

I was told 2 different things pertaining to the time we would be able to go in the room to decorate. But the manager on duty was very accommodating and ready to help resolve the issue.

The pizza was cold the girl used to help in the party room seemed aggravated for having to help us and my one year old niece her parents that was holding her In the zone for her age was rudley told to leave

Had a party of 25..in party room, staff members never told us what we were about to do,( we’re gonna do pizza, then cake, then presents etc.) I had to move the party room along because no direction was given and you only have 40 minutes. They were ok, but definetly did not want to be there, one of the staff members corrected me when I told the kids to throw their plates out, she told them no, just put them at the end of the table, super unnecessary. Other than that, everything else was great!

It is not HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. Being in a wheelchair I was not able to go to the birthday room or watch the grandson and friends play
