Crystal was awesome!

Abby was my party expert - she was AWESOME. We had no issues. BUT While we were bouncing around in the ball pit it seemed very dirty, very smelly, very not clean. One of my guys developed a rash after bouncing in the pit. After a shower, benadryl cream and some advil the rash went away. THAT ALL BEING SAID - We love sky zone. My kids love sky zone. Just need to clean that ball pit. It is very gross.

Booking was very easy and had the day/time we wanted. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the party without any issues.

The staff member that booked the party was very friendly and welcoming. Our host and the other staff members during our party were phenomenal. They were absolutely wonderful with the kids. They were instrumental to our glowing review and great time. We will be back next year because of them!

Kids all had a great time. Our assistant was friendly and efficiently served the good and when we ran out of pizza she served the kids hot pretzels.

Friendliness of hostess Andy. Very attentive and sweet. She did a great job. Kids were all happy.

Our birthday party host Kianna was friendly and did a great job keeping the party running smoothly. It was easy to book the party over the phone and the call to finalize details a few days before the party was helpful. I also booked the party during a promo, so I feel the price was very reasonable.

The Sky Zone employee assigned to our party is your most valuable asset! She was wonderful (sorry, I forgot her name). We almost had the place to ourselves since the party was on a Tuesday. The kids had a blast!!!
