SkyZone

I loved everything about it. From the ease of booking to the attentiveness of the staff, our party host was amazing. It was one of the best birthday parties I’ve ever had for my kids, there was no worries about cleaning up or setting up and cooking and keeping the kids entertained. So easy and stress free!

Samantha was incredible. They allowed us to stay for glow zone. My daughter was glad to spend time with her good friends.

Everything is included and taken care of

Sam our party person was wonderful, she was very polite and answered all questions that we had. Sam was excellent with the kids. Everyone at Sky Zone was friendly from the time we walked through the door until we left. It was also very clean.

Andreina our Birthday host did a great job.

All the employees were very nice. Every area was clean. The music was good.

There was no one monitoring the Dodge Ball section. I wanted to keep the kids safe so I was monitoring it.

Could have used water from party a little sooner... Could have maybe be a little more organized for a birthday party rather than a free for all... but loved our time there!!!!

To be clear, we loved the birthday party that we just had. The hostess was amazing. Truly exceeded my expectations. Also loved the free hour of jump time we got. The kids were definitely not ready to go after 1 hour! Everyone was super friendly and I was really impressed with how organized the check in process was. The ONLY reason I didn't choose highly satisfied was because I think we just prefer the atmosphere of Launch a little more. One reason was that we love dodgeball at Launch. It's highly organized with a staff member running the games and calling people out. At SkyZone it was less organized and the participants just ran the games themselves. Doesn't seem like a big deal but it's the #1 reason we go to trampoline parks. My kids love it. The second reason is just that Launch is dark all the time, not just during certain hours and it is really fun. My kids just prefer it. That said, we also had a great time with you and will certainly return! Thank you for a great party.
