Check-in process was prolonged and no one explained what was going to happen next. We just sat there trying to figure things out Our party attendant did not help. We needed to constantly ask her to do something. The pizza was horrible. We barely had time to open gifts without rushing

The monitors were not attentive when kids were breaking the rules, which resulted in unnecessary minor injuries, along with tears. I had to speak with other people's children about safety and kindness multiple times.

The kids were really thirsty at the end of the party, but the party attendant took the drink pitchers away. There was no supervision in some areas of SkyZone. They evites did not work well.

quoted one price then with additional add on's the expense was really not worth the amount we paid for the party. We believe that other guest in our party decided to jump after the fact, paid their own way and unbeknownst to us we believe we also paid their way to. OR we believe that again unbeknownst to us people decided to jump after the fact and their bill was automatically charged to us. The bill was over $300 to us.

Lack of communication before the party. No one would return my calls. I finally got a hold of someone a week later. During the party, I had to ask a lot questions about what a schedule was. Seemed like if I didn’t ask, it wouldn’t happen. Example...private dodgeball session, birthday t-shirt.

Our party host only participated in the party room. We weren't given rules or expectations of where we could jump or for how long.

Went to buy extra slices of pizza for kids and the pizza had been sitting under the heating lamp for too long.

It was a little hectic. My niece got hurt because a person came and jumped on her trampoline. I just wish the rules were enforced more.

I love everything about my experence withhaving my 2 sons birthday party at skyzone the only issue i had for the entire party was that there was not enough places for parents who were not jumping with their children to sit down I feel there should be seating overlooking the jumping area that is designated for party participants like parents ect.

The communication before the day of the party was incredibly lacking. Had to call myself to confirm details the day before the party. There were multiple discrepancies with the details provided in the confirmation regarding pricing for add ons as well as what could be brought.
