Mostly because our two hosts (I wish I got their names but it was a young man and a young woman) were so polite and respectful and nice and helpful and courteous, I can't say enough about them but they made the whole experience a wonderful one for me as the parent and for all of the kids (14 of them). Please thank them for me!

It was easy to book the party, the team members were nice and we really enjoyed the private jump.

I was satisfied with our experience however upon buying the Platinum package I shouldve gotten discounted tickets when purchasing my extra tickets I was highly satisfied with all else

Kids had a great time. Private jump time was good. No long lines in public jump areas. Everything in the facility was clean & up to date.

I booked a birthday party for my son who turned 9. I am extremely satisfied with the hosts. They explained everything to us from the beginning, at the dodge ball court and open area. I was really impressed with their service, how they set up the party area, it was great! My son and his friends had a blast!

The party was easy to plan, and the kids had a great time.

Bri was our hostess and she was excellent! She kept the kids together and kept them moving to different areas to keep them entertained. The facility was clean and well staffed. Overall I could not have asked for more for my twin boys’ sixth birthday party. I was very satisfied!

Our party host was Lucky and he was amazing! Super helpful and so good with the kids! He gave us step by step instructions as the party went on and had a smile the whole time. We were the “lucky” ones to have him!
