The prices seem a bit high for what you get. Competition offers a littlw lower price for bday packages and policy should be you should get charged for whomever shows up. Juan was fantastic.

I wish they would let us add an extra hour to a party package. Also, the party room temperature was low; we were all freezing in there. Although, that is also partially my fault because I didn't realize to say anything with all the chaos coming from the children. Overall, great experience. Thank You!

Inconsistent staff. Our hosts were great. Other staff at park downright rude. Responses through “eventspine brook” account were terse/condescending. We’re spending $500.

Host asked my son what he would like to do and always would try to accommodate. Amount of jump time was great. Room was set up for us and done very well.
