I have chosen many different locations to host a birthday party for my daughters but SkyZone has by far been the best experience of all! The staff were not only extremely helpful and friendly throughout the planning process but I also took care of I have chosen many different locations to host a birthday party for my daughters but SkyZone has by far been the best experience of all! The staff were not only extremely helpful and friendly throughout the planning process but I also took care of EVERYTHING once we were there so I could enjoy watching and taking pictures of the kids. The kids loved the hour of jumping and then getting to sit upstairs and have pizza and refreshments and cake with a view of SkyZone. The hostess was absolutely wonderful! She Took care of everything at the party including serving the pizza, refreshments, cleaning up, and even keeping track of who gave each gift for me. I was thoroughly impressed and will be having the next birthday party at SkyZone in Boston Heights, Ohio!

This was our first party at Skyzone and I think we’ll keep doing it with you! Hannah was SO awesome. We were there during the break of Covid-19 and I saw team members cleaning something the entire time we were there. Thank you for the positive team members and all of the staff!

My sons skyzone party was great! All the kids had fun and the staff was very friendly and helpful the whole time. They let me decorate how I wanted and helped assist the whole time to make sure the party went smoothly! We will definitely be back!

We had a great time at our son birthday party in sky zone. The staff were professional and helpful. The place was clean, safe to use and beautiful.

It was easy to check in for the party, the kids/party goers had a blast, the hosts were attentive to our needs at the party and kept things moving. So much fun!!!

From booking the party, confirming the party, check in with Halle & the attention & attentiveness given by hosts Ben and Erin the party was a success! Everyone I came in contact with was very pleasant & was a pleasure to work with. I was even able to be accommodated with moving the party to a larger room due to a high turn out of RSVP by the guests. Great experience I most definitely will refer my friends to have a party for there kids here!

Last year, we had my daughters party at skyZone. While it went well, this year exceeded our expectations from last! Very organized, friendly, etc. You all have thought of everything. Bins for shoes and coats, party room helper, and she even rounded the kids up when it was time to go in! Easiest birthday parties I’ve ever hosted have been at SkyZone.
