The team members were nice

The ease of having a party there was great! Made it easy for this momma to relax and enjoy watching my kids. I do wish we had access to the party room before we bounced so everyone could drop off their stuff. The logistics of where all our stuff goes was a bit confusing.

The service was exceptional. Also the party consultants contacted me two times to make sure the party was setup properly. Compared to other places where we have had Birthday parties this was the best

Our host was very attentive, energetic and open. His name slipped my mind as of now but he was awesome. Here even did flips for the kids. He made the experience great from check in to check out.

Very helpful staff. Very easy to arrange birthday. Moved the party downstairs last minute to accommodate wheelchair. Kids had such fun
