The checkin girl was so friendly and made it smooth. Our party girl was helpful and had everything we needed. One girl in our party lost her headband and 2 staff members looked everywhere until they found it, really was thoughtful.

This was our third birthday party in a row for my son. He loves going there and we always have so much fun. The way that the party is handled with our own personal hostess makes it easy!
