When we entered the birthday party area everything was sticky, food on the tables and floors, left over drinks etc. I had to clean the party are myself. There were also so many strangers in the party area taking over, they didn't put a sign up like I'd seen at other partys so it was kinda crazy singing Happy Birthday with strangers and there kids jumping and running all around taking our seats as soon as my family stood up. It was chaotic. I like jumping here, but I would not book another party.

The organization of the food, plates, drinks, and other supplies. The helper was extremely nice, but every time we needed something she had to go get it and we were left waiting for her return. There were a lot of older children there during the jump time and kept coming into the toddler portion of the trampolines and knocked our party of children over 5-7 times.

My party tech asked me if I would mind opening the rest of my presents at home when we still had 30 minutes left on our reservation bc she miscalculated our time. Really upset me bc I already offered to help set up too.

1. Access to party room was entirely too long when no one was using it before our party. 2. Check in process had young kids waiting for 30 minutes after the company stresses being on time, which we all were. 3. The temperature of party room was too cold.

The dodgeball area could have had referees that were a little more into keeping an eye on the game.

Our party host was very lackluster and dull. She did not get the kids attention and excite them she was just going through the motions. She also did not communicate with my how I wanted things to be done. She just began to do what she felt was appropriate without letting me know. I didnt even realize my child had began opening birthday gifts or we were getting ready to sing happy birthday until she just said it.

They forgot about us. I had to search around for our event hostess. But no one realized our things were still sitting there 5 minutes before our party started in the room. Plus they forgot to put our ice cream in the freezer. Misplaced our special cupcakes for the gluten free little girl. For the money you have to pay here, I would expect more professionalism.

It is a little pricey. And birthday party-wise- I wish that someone would have taken the group around to each station as a group. They were scattered all over the place. If the parents hadn't stayed to watch their children, there is no way I would have been able to keep an eye on them to make sure they were all safe and sound.

Waivers - there needs to be a process to verify waivers for birthday parties PRIOR to the party (i.e. give guest names prior to arrival) Rules - very briefly explained to children (adults were not present but walking up to listen) and not all children were present Party Room - make jumping longer and party room shorter by 15 minutes

Had a toddler with us, rules as far children that small, we're not explained. They wouldn't let my daughter hold my grand daughter and jump. Mind you, it was her 2nd birthday.
