Our hostess Carli was very helpful and polite and made sure that we had everything we needed. My only concern is I felt pressured to make sure all the kids (parents) had waivers done. I understand this speeds things up but maybe there can be another method. Also wanted quality paper invites which I purchased from Skyzone but the online invite is a better format. Possibly make the paper version the same as the online version?

The kids had a blast. Made hosting a kids party very easy. Our party helper was extremely friendly and attentive. She engaged with all the kids.

This place have jumping area for all age groups. It’s clean & have all facilities inside including shop. Staffs are really friendly.

Our party host, Kiera, was very friendly and did a great job looking after us. The kids had a blast and I felt as though the party was well timed. The kids were exhausted later (yay!) which is always a good sign that they had a fun day.
