Recommend some type of birthday decorations in party room for the amount of money spent. At least some balloons.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Kids had a great time. There variety of activities/jumping stations was great, there was something for everyone.

Planning a birthday party was very easy! Our party host, Rosemary, was very helpful and did a great job taking care of everything!

Party host was amazing and kids had a great time

Our party hostess was amazing, this is not a reflection of her efforts. Most areas were closed during our visit and we were told this was because staff called in sick. The team members and managers on the floor were rude when anyone in our party asked about use of Dodge Ball or warped wall. Even though the issue was caused by a management / staffing issue, not one person was even a little bit contrite or empathetic. We paid full price for a party and we expected staff to be polite, and maybe even a bit apologetic under these circumstances. I understand if the centre is too busy to accommodate all of our wishes, but it was not busy. My younger guests were snapped at by older teenagers. In the end, we found a manager named Kelly, who went out of her way to make sure we got the full sky zone experience! This was very much appreciated, but it didn't happen fast enough to undo the damage caused by other rude staff members. Considering the cost for a party at Sky Zone and the impact that these people had on the kids in our group, I'm pretty sure I won't book another party at Sky Zone. It's unfortunate, because it is a beautiful and well-maintained facility.

Felt small and crowded, too many kids at once jumping or dodgeball. Some kids were disrespectful to others

The kids were rushed to eat in the room even though there was ample time left after cake was eaten. I had to tell the hostess kids are still eating... that part so rushed and was unnecessary. If you ask a kid are you done eating, what do you think they will say? After the food and cake were done (b/c of the rush) we had nothing to do for half an hour and we weren’t allowed to go back to jumping!

Camp jumpers were not looked after, they would bud in front of others and took forever to get out of the foam zone for the next person to be able to go. Someone was manning the 2 person battle station at first but then no one was and some would keep going, jumpers didn’t know what to do. Some jumpers took a very long time to get through parts of the warrior station causing the line up to be long. There was a very long line for the wall and you only got one chance to try it at a time.

When we were in that party room there were fruit flies coming out of the garbage and close to our food. I felt like the party room wasn’t cleaned properly before we came in, the garbage and floors.
