The basketball court wasn’t open and I had booked a boys 5th birthday party. I asked when it would be open, I was told there wasn’t enough staff so it wouldn’t be unless they closed the foam pit. There were children in the foam pit so our boys never got to use the basketball court. I was to get a jump pass for the children who didn’t show up and I haven’t as of yet.

Varying age groups in the same zones Too crowded

Computers were down so parents needed to fill out paper waivers even though they had already been filled out online prior to the party. Also did not get a receipt due to computers down. Had to use paper for visa, no debit and to take cash out the atm had a $3.50 fee.

It was a little confusing to get started & I found the staff verbally told us "stuff" but didn't walk us to the room. I wasn't 100% clear on which room was ours at first - I was looking for the water for the group & someone had put it in our room & not told us. A little more of a hands on service would go far. I had a hockey team there of 11 year old girls so I was able to do better than may a family with young kids for a bday party.

Having a clear space for presents would have been convenient. Choice in pizza company. Kids didn't know what to do with themselves after half an hour. Some direction or participation by staff would have been great.

Before our party's guests started jumping no water bottles were distributed to them. I wish we could bring our own veggie & fruit for the party. Time in the party room could be expanded from 45 min to 1 hour.

Our host last year was much more inviting, involved and kinder with the kids.

perhaps as I was in the slow time and morning, the staff, could just look and act a bit more excited and happy to be there. overall experience was great and kids had a great time.

Our birthday hostess cassandra was really friendly and super great

There was a big sticky spill in the middle of the floor that wasn’t cleaned the entire time we were there. The staff just put up a slippery sign and left it. Every time we had to walk through it our feet would stick to the floor. It was gross. We were told we would be able to use the area with the basketball nets but it was closed the whole time we were there. Our party person was lovely but made us feel very rushed. We started getting a countdown to be out of the room 20 minutes prior to the end time. However, the kids had a blast and we will definitely return.
