I feel the team member could have been a little more hands on. Our teams party organizer just sat and flipped bottle while the kids were jumping. Im sure there was something any thing that she could have been doing instead of just sitting around. Like helping some of my more shy jumpers.

We were happy with our sky zone experience, our kids unfortunately ran into a bully in the dodge ball court the staff handled it

The only thing was timing of food being served was not communicated, and we were in the open air space which was fine but was not told we’d be moved to a room for food

Just missing the free jumping coupons that is normally given to the birthday kid at the end.

Too much time allotted for jumping and not enough time allotted for party room Price was very expensive

The party room 40min time slot is definitely not enough. Considering that we had 16 kids in our party, length of time should have been extended.

We were told a variety of things and it lacked comsostance between staff.

The checkin process took way too long and then half my items for my kids birthday party that I brought with me they forgot in their fridge and brought my balloons at the END of the party. Everything else was excellent. My party host was just young and useless, not her fault just no life or work experience clearly. I’ll still come back and my party was still amazing. Thanks for everything anyways.

Bottom line is the price to person rate for a birthday party! We wanted something extraordinary for our daughter's 10th birthday, so we accepted the cost for the all in one convenience. However, it's not something we would do again! In other words, while we will most likely return for jumping, the premium for a Birthday event is something we would only pay once.
