The only problem was timing confused about birthday party end time we where booked from jump time was from 6-8 we thought party was from 6-8...parents came late

Party had 20 children aged between 5 and 8. There was no location given where children could find an adult if needed. There should have been a party room or Table available where adults could be found by children if they needed assistance - a check in spot if kids needed something. Once party room was available party planner began to serve pizza and juice to kids before i knew they were in the room. I was left trying to scramble to find the other kids while some had already finished their pizza. Check in process was challenging to welcome guests, accept gifts, and also check in with the desk. I had checked in online as best I could but was still caught running around at the beginning of the party. I should be able to welcome guests and have the party planner address all other issues
