Our party coordinator (Sahara) was extremely helpful. She was so kind and made the day incredibly easy for me - I didn’t have to do a thing! She even went as far to notice that I had brought party hats and straws and asked if I would like her to place them out for me. I had hired an outside character to play Elsa for my daughter’s party, but unfortunately she never showed up. Sahara found a Cinderella dress at the facility and another employee put it on, so my daughter still had a princess at her party! I was blown away by this above and beyond gesture, so kind.

Was satisfied from booking to end was a completely hands free experience. Kids loved it... So job well done.

The help and professionalism I had with both Emily and Kaylee was honestly a breath of fresh air!! They were very sweet, polite and were there to assist with any questions. They engaged in the party and especially with my son, the birthday boy!! Suggested ideas that helped me out. They made my experience with such a big group, not as stressful as I thought. Lol! Both ladies are a great addition to your business.

Rosemary was an awesome host! She took care of everything, was proactive in doing things she knew i wanted to get organized. I came back in the room to her organizing all my loot bags, i needed to do nothing. She mad a stressful chaotic party a breeze! All ten kids said best party they ever been too! And this mom as well! Super impressed!! Keep it up
