26 small children, the help and organization skills of staff members made experience very easy to do. Kids had so much fun!

The host was amazing. She took care of everything. The staff was amazing. The children had fun. I didn’t have to worry about anything.

My son loves having his birthday parties at sky zone. Him and his friends find it to be a lot of fun. However we always find that the parties are very rushed, especially the time in the party room. Also the fact that the pizzas are not made in house is not very convenient. We wanted to have additional pizza however we were not able to order it because the order was already in and it was not made in house. On the bright side, I paid for an hour Jump for my toddler but she was napping at that time so we did not use it at all and I told the host and got a full refund without any issues. I appreciate the great customer service with regards to that. Overall we had a good experience.

Courtney was great to deal with. Extremely helpful and informative. Constantly interacted with the children which they loved.

Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a variety of activities for kids to do. Kids had a lot of fun and with the staff supervision, low stress for me.

I didn’t have to worry about the party. Our hostess did it all.

The staff we had for the party were amazing. There was a fruit tray that wasn’t added to our order and they helped by adding in some other items to make up for it mistake. Extremely happy with the ladies working there!! Thank you

Our host was amazing the only downside is that you partner with dominos pizza which most children find the sauce to be too spicy
