My daughter had fun. She got to jump with all her friends and family. The workers are always cool and professional. We enjoy coming here a great deal.

De’Erica was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to help out and be present and did a great job of interacting in with all of our guests!

All the workers were extremely polite and courteous. The staff was accommodating and helpful. It is such a simple and easy Birthday party to schedule. 10/10 I would recommend for the whole family. A fun party!

It accommodated all five birthday parties and made it very easy this year for the kids. Everyone who attended had fun. The staff was very nice and helpful. They forgot to give us a half sheet of cake but we did get ice cream and when I pointed it out it was promptly taken off our bill. (And it wasn't a big deal at all that we didn't have a cake. Everyone was happy with pizza and ice cream and wasn't in the mood for a lot of food after jumping.)

This was my second birthday party at skyzone. Overall the experience was really great. The girl who helped in the room with the kids during the party was fantastic. Very patient and kind. The only part of the process that could be better is the ease at check-in. It is a little chaotic. I think they just need more people at the front desk during Peak check-in times.

Trash can was full in our party room from a previous party, but it was fixed right away. Our party host was very sweet and helpful. We enjoyed ourselves. Thank you!!

The event was for a bday party.the party room floor was sticky and I did not have a host till almost an hour into the event.
