no one was at the counter to checkin, almost every guest had to go to general line and then team member would direct them to different counter for birthday party checkin. would be easier and less confusing is someone would be at the counter where guest need to checkin for birthday party at all time while guests are checking in. other than that everything was very good! Loved the food (except nachos platter - $20 for nachos with cheese little too expensive) and really liked how clean everywhere was. would definitely recommend you!

The staff was very cooperative and it was easy checking process for all guest, there was no hurdles to start the bday party and food was very delicious.

Alisha, our host was GREAT!! I have been bragging to my mom about how easy it was to have a party there. Perfect place for kids to get exercise and have fun.
