1)Party child not given the jump free for rest of 2019 although party in June. 2)The dodgeball area not supervised which didn’t allow for kids to get the true dodgeball experience which we expected and paid for. 3) We had way too much pizza, staff should know and recommend how much needed, as adding pizza increased the price and it was wasted pizza and too high of a price.

Birthday party check in process was difficult. Our Party Host did not assist with check in. I did not meet my host until an hour after arrival. The group check in desk was frequently unattended as guests arrived.

Overall, it was a very fun birthday party - the kids had a blast. It was a bit expensive. It would be nice if there was alcohol for the parents.
