The customer service I received from the 2 young ladies was above and beyond. I didn’t have to worry about anything, they took care of everything. They made sure we were all happy and having a good time from start to finish. And kids all had a blast

The party was smaller than expected as a couple of kids weren’t able to come . The person helping us with the party on her own talked with the manager and brought us some extra treats and also arranged for the kids who did come to have some extra jump time . This extra kindness was much appreciated .

Destiny was absolutely amazing! She engaged with all the kids from the birthday party. Super sweet and even remembered all their names.

The price was great for a 7th birthday. The staff was accommodating. Also, the cleanliness was great as well!

Gillian was wonderful. She was very energetic and accommodating. The kids loved her. The facilities were clean and not too crowded. The manager was exceptional at answering the questions I had regarding the Groupon purchase of the birthday party.
