The staff was helpful. My son loved jumping. Everything was clean ,pizza was very good! I would definitely recommend Skyzone Springfield, IL

Definitely recomend to come check this place out! Kids have to much fun jumping! Staff members are friendly. Staff is always aware for safety! Which is a plus! Food is great! Will be back soon!

The pizza was cold,nobody seem to know what their job was and to many other customers complaining.

We had to arrive 30 min. prior to jumping--too long to wait with 10 kids. No contact about the party from Skyzone staff until a few days before the party. Not easy to talk to a person when you call.

I was Very happy with my visit. Very cool place. We will come back sometime. It was just a little exspensive for a big group.

The check in process for the birthday party took awhile as an employee had to be found to check us in. We were told to check in 30 min early (sign waivers, etc) and that time was WAY too long to keep 7 kids entertained before allowing us to jump.

Staff was unsure of party package inclusions. Jump time is only an hour so kids wanted to play still. I had to ask for service items rather than being provided with them, like forks, plates, etc.

Our party room was dirty, the trash was full and floors weren’t swept. I had to clean the tables myself. I also had to find the plates, napkins, cups, etc. Our party team member sat in a chair in the corner with his head down and eyes closed. He didn’t help clean up during the party and every time we actually needed something he was not in the room (especially at critical points like when we needed out ice cream). I also had to request my son’s party shirt twice and then again while leaving after the party.

We were not explained the rules or how things worked. We walked in not knowing what to expect or where to check in and we had to ask where our private room was. Then they said that had another party at 4 so we needed to clean up.

the party was great. One issue that I had was that I had asked for the drinks early and then asked again and finally got them an hour into the party. My group was very thirsty from all the jumping. I also thought the birthday boy was supposed to get a free t-shirt? I was also charged for 7 jumpers and I only had 6, when I brought this to his attention, he said "oh sorry" but I never did get my money back.
