The team member that set up the party room was very attentive. The Skyzone team member was at the door when I arrived. The pizza was really good and fresh.

We were not given much information during check in. We had to ask to for the rules to be given so that we could get out at our specified time. We did not have drinks in our room during our jump. The kids were very thirsty and needed drinks and when we went to our party room, everything was set up, but there were not drinks. Even just water would have been nice. Then we were over charged for our party by almost $40. I did call and the problem was resolved and a refund of the over payment issued, but it was a hassle that should not have happened.

Everything went well. When we first got there the glow shirts for the party was very limited on what sizes were available then when I complained about not having enough youth small the lady magically appeared with some. I think the sizes should be asked while booking so they can be sure to have enough sizes for all the jumpers. Other than that everything was great!!!

Our party room time was scheduled from 2-3, our pizza weren’t ready until 2:25 and we were very rushed to eat pizza, eat cake, open presents and get out of the room in that time period. Morale of the party guests got very low during that time as everyone became very hungry from jumping and expecting to eat at 2:00. I don’t think our pizzas were even made until after 2:00 because that’s when the team member working our party asked us what kind of pizza we wanted and we had already decided and planned for that a month prior when scheduling our party over the phone. We felt very rushed to get out of the room which wouldn’t have been an issue if the food hadn’t been 25 minutes late.

I wish that more time was given for the party room and could use decorations for the room to make it feel more like a party. Our event coordinator was amazing and did a very good job. We had problems in the dodgeball area with kids playing to hard and was actually hitting our kids in the head on purpose and extremely hard. Team member saw this but never once told the kids to stop or to tell them to get out. Myself and another parent of our party witnessed these kids hit a very small child and the child was crying and nothing was done about it then they hit another child in the arm extremely hard and again nothing was done about it.

I read somewhere on a web sight that the birthday party had heir own separated jumping area. I was told after we arrived that only some parks do that, not the one I was at. That REALLY ruined some of the experience for me. The place was very crowded and chaotic.

The check in employee was really nice and good to us, but was doing way too much of everyone else's work to ensure that our belongings got taken to a secure location or party room. I happened to walk back over to this area and noticed our belongings still there and put them in a room myself, which was a huge tote full up the stairs by myself. The employees working the front corner/concessions paid no attention when customers were at the counter waiting.

The only problem was we jad to wait an hour to get in the party room & we ended up getting the birthday package with 10 jumpers & ended up with 7 so, we tried to ask about taking the time the other kids would have had and distributed it to the couple of ones that were still there so we didn't waste money. But the manager wouldn't work with us. I won't have a birthday party here again but will be back from time to time to bring the kids to let out some energy.
