The only complaint I have is that the park is EXTREMELY understaffed. The wait at fuel zone for a drink was over 15 minutes. There was only one person working the register. One kiddo lost his tag. Went to get a new one a party check in. 20 min and no one came over. Finally went to fuel zone and strode in line AGAIN. Thankfully I didn’t pay for myself to jump because all I did was stand in line. Not cool when everything is timed. Secondly not a complaint but an FYI. We were told the party would be announced when the party room was ready. The employee finally came and found me. Need better communication. The poor girl working our party room was run to death. Pretty sure she had more than one room. Was supposed to be dedicated employee??? She did great for what she was dealt.

The website was not user friendly. It was hard to contain the excited children while waiting at check-in since the invite stated to be there 30 minutes early. We booked the glow party and the check in hostess failed to give us the glow shirts that came with the package. I had to pull up the website and ask for them. Unfortunately it was at the end of their jump time by the time I was able to confirm on the site and take the receipt to the desk. There were no problems though getting the shirts. It was just disappointing that the hostess didn’t know what came with the package.
