Our birthday coordinator was wonderful. He was very professional and great with the children.

When entering the facility we were greeted with friendly smiles and excellent professionalism. All of the staff was friendly and helpful to everyone in our party. Our host Grace was amazing and made this the easiest party we have ever had for our kids! Grace was friendly, tidy and amazing with the kids. I was able to sit back and enjoy the day and focus on my kids vs. ensure everyone was taken care of, which Grace did for me! We all left happy and excited for our next time at Sky Zone!

All questions answered before booking the party. Very helpful information when I asked. Very prompt on everything for my Granddaughters party. The guy that did everything in the party room was amazing

Our party host Grayson was very friendly and professional. I really like the amount of help he offered during the party. He was a huge help and was very kind and polite.

This is the third time we have done a birthday party at Sky Zone and every time my boys and their friends have had a great time. For me it seems the new attractions keep getting better!

the kids loved it they had a blast especially my so Tyler Billman and he also loved the ice cream cake and the pizza

Our birthday party host was great with the kids. He refilled anything that was needed and served all the food. He helped pack up all the food in baggies that was left over and took care of the cake too!

We had a lot of children at the birthday party. The party hosts were AMAZING with the kids and handling the chaos! They were well organized and patient the entire time!

The ease of checking in and continued follow up with staff was very comforting and attentive. Bounce areas were very crowded but I felt staff did as well as they could to keep lines moving.
