Our party hostess was amazing!!

The staff and party process was great, our staff never assigned to our party was amazing. The kids had a great time and it was very nice knowing I did not have to do much in the way of activities or planning.

SkyZone was very helpful and accommodating! It was fun for all ages and everyone enjoyed their experience! Cassidy did a fantastic job helping serve in the party room! It was relaxing and enjoyable!!

Wish that we could of had the birthday party room the whole time (like for the parents while the kids jump)

You should build a bigger sky zone.just this place is small for how many people come there, just think about how much money you would make if it was bigger.

We arrived as a large group for a birthday party. We were not directed to check-in and people were confused where to go. We were also originally assigned to a room too small for our group.

Unorganized check in which should’ve been streamlined. Party was 2-4:30. We weren’t checked in until 2:20. Place was crowded. Bathrooms unclean. Not enough staff to assist children on swings.

Our party host seemed very flustered and when offered help by myself or my guests she refused. My husband had to clean fruit off the floor in the party room (from a previous party. I was over charged and when I asked about the amount of money I was told “here is your receipt you can look at it”. A manager did help resolve the issue and she was very kind and very helpful. We had left over pizza which was taken away and I’m assuming brought it back for the staff. We weren’t offered a box. The host asked for cake/cupcakes for her lunch and to bring it in back for the rest of the staff ( we had left overs which was fine) that’s why I’m assuming our left over pizza went in back for the staff. My kids had a blast. I was happy with them being happy. You could tell our party host was overwhelmed which was awkward. We needed more refills and offered to go grab them and she told us no. A manager did come in and helped her out.

I had made reservations for 11 kids to attend the BD and one didn’t show up so like most places you pay for how many show up. Our girl said that on the day of the party you can’t get reimbursed but how would you no until the day if the person RSVP’d? She talked to her mgr and gave me an hr free jump passes but still wasn’t worth the $24.99 that I paid. I don’t think the party host should be penalized when a kid doesn’t show up for a BD party. Other places don’t do that!

Overall good experience. There were some minor issues with regard to time that could have been addressed and/or compensated differently.
