There were multiple parties checking in at the same time as ours and so we had to wait a bit (too many carts were backed up, so it was hard for our guests to have a place to put their shoes/jackets). Also, I wish I would have realized how many slices were in each piece of pizza. I guess I thought there would be ~ 2 each, but there were some kids who wanted a second piece and we had run out! Not a huge deal, as we still had cake, but we could have used more!

Satisified, but no highly satisified because of the cost for what I received ( $428.00 party). The jumping was good, but the papa johns pizza was not expected for $15.99 per pizza when you can get if for $5.00. Also, it was a half hour wait with 17 kids to jump trying to keep together when we arrived at 11:30am to 12:00, way too long for kids to wait before jumping. 15 minute requirement might be a better idea for a party instead of a half hour. Just think you might be able to book my parties if you could reduce the cost a bit. Had a great time though, thank you!
