The facility was extra clean. The staff there were very friendly. personal and caring. The staff member who tool care of the birthday celebration upstairs was fantastic. The ONLY PROBLEM was when I called the day before and the day of the event even though "" asked for a return phone call I was never called back. Even though your recording "States" that All Phone Calls Are Monitored. Over all I was satisified.

Tha staff was very nice and helpful. The young lady who helped with the party was very good As d helpful.thanks for the good job.

We had kids show up late and miss jump time and the staff still allowed them to fit in some jump time which was awesome

Easy, fun and tiring

Sky Zone made my daughters birthday party a fun experience and was so easy to arrange. We basically showed up with my daughter & the cake and Sky Zone handled the rest! My only issue was they forgot to bring my daughters balloons to the party room.
