I had my 4 year olds birthday party at the Glen mills location. Most kids were 2-4. I was worried it would be crowded and the little kids would get run over by big kids. Everything was so organized and I appreciated that the little kids were in their own area. Employees were really friendly. This made for a stress free party. All attendees were impressed. I’m sure it’s the first of more parties here for our friend group!

The host and staff made everything simple and were very friendly and helpful. The kids had a great time playing. We didnt have to worry about the details.

The staff were wonderful and super helpful. The facility was very clean. The noise level, despite the number of people, was really good. Overall, I was very impressed and the kids are already asking when they can go back.

Everything ran smoothly by the time we entered the building to the time we left. Everyone was helpful and the kids enjoyed themselves totally !

It was not too crowded, the staff on jump and party room were focused and attentive to their responsibilities

We do birthday parties at places that are fun for my son, provide food, and space for cake, so this fit the bill. The process of booking was easy. The two women that helped in the room were fantastic.

Gabby and the rest of the hostess and host staff were extremely friendly and professional. I’m so impressed with my experience that I rate it outstanding. I have had jump parties prior to this and did not have as exceptional as this.

Specifically the girl that checked us inc plus our party hosts, Jack and Terra were AMAZING! Jack and Terra went above and beoynd to make sure our guests were happy. They were super attentive! Especially Jack!

The employee at the desk was efficient and very attentive, and pleasant!

The staff are very kind. My kids enjoy each and every visit to Sky Zone.
