The staff was very attentive. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. The pizza was enjoyed by all party attendees which was a miracle since several of them generally don’t like pizza! Overall a big win. My daughter enjoyed her party

Ease of booking the birthday party, ease of check in, friendliness of party hostess, generous amount of time to use equipment (90 minutes) and in the party room (60 minutes)

The facility was very clean and organized. The staff was outstanding... customer service is very important to me. I had friendly and professional assistance from the beginning to end. Special thank you to Kiare and Chase. They were both very friendly, professional, and patient. Please hire more staff like Kiare and Chase. Kiare went above and beyond to assure that we were all satisfied. The gentleman who did our check-in was also kind and professional. I will definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

My son and his friends had a great experience. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous.The people I spoke with setting up the party were awesomely helpful as well.
