Our birthday host was super accommodating. The facility was it very crowded, so they allowed our party guests to jump during our scheduled party room time. The kids loved it!

Birthday party staff was very helpful and made everything easy. I can't thank the staff enough for assisting with all our demands and staying professional and courteous!! The flow of the party was great. They adapted the experience to all ages of my party from 1 to 70!

Could not get through to a live person to ask questions or confirm my party. Only communication was through e-mail which took days for a response. Left voicemails with no return calls. I needed to add items to my party and had no return email or call to do so. I showed up day of party with no confirmation. Communication before party was horrible. During party was great.

Prior to the party I was told there would be follow up for final details. No one reached out. I called and emailed and never heard back. Not a huge deal because it was easy, but would have been a problem is I had any changes.

I thought the jumping part was fine. I had 15 jumpers so I was given 3 included pizzas. I had to pay $16 for a 4th pizza to make sure I had 2 slices per kid over the 12 I was given pizza for. I spent $75 for these 3 children and I think the pizza should have beeen included. Especially after eating the pizza. That was the worst pizza I have ever had at any birthday party and I have 4 kids I've been to parties with. It tasted like it was heated from a freezer. One of them was stale and possibly freezer burned. I'm embarrassed my daughter's guests ate it. And frustrated I paid $16 extra for one. Truly, awful. That alone, I won't recommend for parties there. It's a rip off. Our hostess was subpar with the kids. A party host should talk to the kids more than asking if they had fun.
