I had my son party at the SkyZone in Timonium Jaelyn and Bri were our host and I most say they were amazing. Both of them was very attentive to our needs and help us with everything. The customer service was awesome they communicated all the rules and made sure all the kids understood what was expected of them while participating in the activities offered. We all really enjoyed ourselves. I'm glad I picked The Glow party. The Glow made experience greater. I will be recommending SkyZonw to anyone who wants to have aawesome bday party or to just have a enjoyable shared family time

Our hostess MORGAN was amazing and very hands on. She made sure everyone was checked in, made sure our party room decorated nice with the supplies that I provided.

The check in process was so easy and fast. Lashae was so professional and helpful at the whole time. She was making sure everything is alright and everyone happy trough the whole party. Great service that everyone was so pleased with. Looking forward for more jumping time with such a professional and polite attitude .

My party host Brigitte was awesome. She was very helpful and knowledgeable of SkyZone. She was there whenever I needed her. She was also very pleasant and provided the best party experience I have ever had at SkyZone. I would book again with her.

I was satisfied with the whole process. Our hostess Alexis was truly amazing. When uncertain about something she quickly called her manager who also was extremely pleasant. Will be booking another party next month for my other child.
