Our host was awesome ! Kids had fun!! Party was great ! Host did an amazing job decorating and serving ! Check in was confusing and took forever. Staff could have been friendlier.....

The woman that helped run our party was fantastic!! Sharon was her name. She engaged with the children and was super helpful!!

Lia was very sweet and so helpful. The birthday party was already easy to book but she was great with the kids and very attentive so she made our night even better.

Our party host was Carlos - and he was wonderful. He was so accessible and very friendly and patient with the kids. He was helpful but not overbearing. The check in was smooth and the kids had a great time.

I did the party supreme air jump for 20 jumpers at the Timonium location. Great customer service. We had the best host, her name was Rickey. Only down fall was that there was a hold up when it was time for us to get in the party room to decorate. But all my jumpers were given extra jump time and party room time.

The calls to confirm the booking and details of the party were very helpful and left me feeling comfortable that things would go smoothly The party host was wonderful - refilling pitchers without being asked and helping to serve pizza and cake. I really liked being able to switch out the ice cream cake for an additional pizza.

Our birthday hostess was amazing! Lindsey was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Everything about the trip was great, with the exception of parking.

Communication was great, our party host (Lindsay) was really friendly, energetic and helpful and having an early in the day party allowed the kids to have a great experience with the spaces not being crowded.
