Our party planner was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The facility was not overcrowded during our jump time. Easy access to the party room.

The idea of the check in 30 before the jumptime for the party was a great idea. Loved being able to relax and enjoy myself for the party. The only thing was that the host sent me to the front cashier to purchase my pizza, the front tried sending me to my host. There was some confusion with that. Other than that very delightful time.

Everything was great I just think the kids before play time . Everything else was awesome

The team member that helped us was amazing. She helped with check in and made my daughter feel special for her special day. She was very on time and even gave us extra time in the room since we were early. She allowed the older kids to jump a little longer after the food was served. She even served the pizza, drinks and handed out the balloons we supplied. She was great!!
