I booked my son party at Skyzone glow jump after we attended a party in Nov 2018. Ceddy the party host was amazing. We especially requested him to be our party host because he had great energy and added to our Skyzone experience.

I had a problem with the online booking everything was clarified on the phone before I came the problem was I told them the party would start at 5 I was unaware she put 430 on the papers I told her we would not be walking in an checking till 5pm I was not aware you should be 30 minutes early I clearly even told the lady I could not do 430 therefore she should have put 530 an than I would be on time at 5 no one also told me about online waivers when I arrived it took over 15 minutes to handle everything than I was told that cut into our jump time which for party's it's one hour jump one hour room time my host than told me they had less than 45 minutes I was so upset and all of my guest

SkyZone is a great source of exercise. More staff needs be present during the Glow Zone nights. Little kid sections & elder kid sections should be separate from the more daring jumper sections.

Our host was great, our experience was great. The only problem we had was the price of the party. 10 kids for $300 is not really competitive with the other venues in the city, and one slice of pizza was not enough.

We weren’t shown were the party room was located. Previous people were not out of the room by the time indicated for us to set up. Why can’t the children continue to jump after party.

The pressure to give a cash tip was unsavory and unexpected. The ATM was not working and the presumption was that I would leave to get cash. I did not feel that this was professional. .

Check in was challenging - would be great if there was a check for waivers a couple days before party based on emails of guests provided by customer hosting party. We had some bumps here like my birthday kids waiver expired. Would have thought that would be confirmed a couple days earlier. The birthday shirt selection was lacking with nothing available for my son’s size which disappointed him ( he ended up with a glow shirt 4 sizes too big).

I wish foams were changed more often. They are disgustingly dirty. The shirts for glow is the dark are lacking in size
