When we arrived in party check in not one employee made eye contact with me, there were 6 of them. I was the only person at the counter waiting for assistance. I also did not like that I paid for a party and the hosts took us through all the game and candy machines as a tour before we jumped. Felt like I was being asked for more money.

Too much commotion in one area for check in. Should be in a larger area or better organized.

I really loved all the staff, they were great especially our hoist. However, I was very disappointed in the Skyzone Evite. Most of our guest did not receive the Skyzone evite in their emails and the time on the evite said until 2:50, yet we were done by 2:20 and could not return to the jump area. Plus, they started turning our room over to the next party around 2:30, so I was under the impression that even the staff knew the party would not last until 2:50. I would strongly encourage shortening that window of time on the Evite, as many of our guest were dropped off and we had to wait in the arcade area until 2:50 with nothing for the kids to do.

Only complaint was how uncomfortable it was inside building. Felt as though air conditioning was not on at all and it was 99deg outside

I do not agree with the Birthday child being counted as a guest.

We have to wait for long time to check-in and party hour is a little short.

Other individuals aside from my party planner were not very accommodating. They were more interested in just doing their party or sitting around talking, rather than attending to the needs of the customers at large. Saying, "I'm not your party coordinator, I don't know who they are, come back later".

The check in process was extremely lengthy. The girl who helped us was very nice, but she was not efficient and had to continuously leave to find different shirt sizes. We also ordered pizza for our party, and it did not arrive until 9pm. With such a late party date, I anticipated the pizza being available immediately, and my guests who were not jumping were very hungry.

the kids loved their time, but I was not pleased with the check-in process for a birthday party. It was confusing how I was asked to write everyone's name down on a piece of paper. If I would have known that, I would have come more prepared with my list. Instead I had to sign in to the online invitation and figure it out. BUt this was also in addition to the parent signing the child in when they arrived...? Most parents didn't have to do a waiver because one was already on file and then the kids didn't get socks with their parents there (they got them after all parents left and "everyone was checked in") which meant they often didn't know their size. Just wish it was a little clearer what was going on.

The person that helped us with the party was amazing! I had a crazy group of boys and she went out of her way to help! I don't know what I would have done without her.
