It's crowded. My 16 year old wanted to attend and I wish they would have a party package for teen boys.

The check in procedure was extremely chaotic. Very disorganized. It seemed perhaps they were training a new person? A time when 4 parties are going on doesn’t seem like the time for that. Our check in was to be 11:30-12, and I was still standing there while they checked waivers at 12:15. Additionally, they told me many of my guests didn’t have waivers signed that actually did, so I was having to call and text parents for no reason.

Everyone had a great time. The room we had for 23 kids and parents most of them under the age of 5 was too small (party room #4). I am assuming we had this smaller room because I booked the party only 3 weeks prior to the day, but it was not easy to maneuver around. That is my only complaint.

I booked my son's 13th birthday party and ordered 3 pepperoni pizzas, a Dr. Pepper, a Siera Mist, and water. What we received was 2 pepperoni and 2 cheese pizzas, pink lemonade and fruit juice. Te party room floor was very sticky.

There were too many kids there. I understand multiple parties occur at the same time but there was no segregation of age groups, parties or activities. I think parties should be rotated together through different sections of the arena for a better experience. Additionally my child followed he rules and other children didn’t she kept having people jump in her square and because she respects the rules she would get upset and move while other kids were not as respectful

We were there at night and there were people dancing around the DJ booth . This made it extremely difficult to pass through the area and the behavior of the people dancing was rude. They pushed and shoved us as we tried to walk through. I don't think you should allow dancing in that area
