The staff at the at the Timonium location was awesome! My two party host, Kai and Semaj made sure my guest and I had everything necessary from start to finish. They constantly checked in making sure everything ran smoothly and my daughter party was perfect! My guests gave a lot of compliments as well as express how much fun their children had at the party, and without the staff it would have not been possible. Thank you so much for the top of the line customer service!!!! Keep up the good work.

My host was Alexis in timonium , my son had a glow party & she was OUTSTANDING we had problems hanging his backdrop and she was as determined as we were to hang it ! I had very specific Instructions for my decor & she simply brought my ideas to life !! She truly went out her way the entire party !! I truly appreciate her , THANK YOU ALEXIS !!! We will be returning very soon to use the 2 free jump passes he received fir his birthday !!

Our party host, Ayanna (Timonium) was amazing.

The person assigned to out party was extremely nice and patient and receptive. The kids got a little extra when it came to cake time and she was extremely professional about everything.I appreciate her service. I wish I had known before hand that tipping was allowed I would have either added it to the card or brought more cash. Thanks
