I enjoyed booking my party online. My party host was enthusiastic and helpful. The facility was updated and had fun attractions.

I enjoyed the host Morgan she was wonderful and friendly. I appreciated all her help and she did a wonderful job setting up the Party room. She was very fast getting us all checked in so we could enjoy all our jump time.

It was very easy to set up and organize the party. Pain in two installments also made it seem a lot more affordable. I did wish that there were more options when it came to food. My hostess was very polite I can't remember her name and I do apologize for that

The staff was extremely friendly. The activities were entertaining. The kids had a lot of fun.

Using an online deal we bought a glow party package. The package included socks, shirt, pizza, and drinks. The price and included package was a good deal. The party was easy to organize. The children had a great time. The only problem or downside we encountered were the glow shirts included in the package weren’t available in all the colors and sizes needed for the children in our party.

1) my daughter let a brand new balloon go and it went to the rafters- a sky zone employee figured out a way to retrieve it for us, that was above and beyond! 2) Ayanna was a very good party host, gave out all the pizza and cupcakes, etc. 3) It was very easy to book and have the phone operators take all instructions, they got it all correct.

All of the kids had a great time. There was something for everyone of every age or ability. The party room person was super friendly, kept the kids engaged and even helped with serving the cake.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Sky Zone, Ray & Ayanna was extremely helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. Ayanna went above and beyond to help setup the decorations, food/drinks, gift bags and etc.
