I was highly satisfied with the host her name was lea I believe she was very helpful. All of the kids enjoyed there selves so that was great also

We had the nicest party host- Brigette. She was so wonderful with the kids. And the kids loves the Glow Party.

Brittney our host was really nice and provided us with a lot of information including important rules about the parks before jumping. She was awesome and we will be back again

The party host, Kai was friendly, helpful and attentive to everyone in our party. Sky Zone was so clean, air-conditioned and organized when we arrived. The party went on without a glitch and the birthday boy enjoyed it all.

Everything for my daughters party was as promised and easy. Booking her party online was easy. The package, what it included, and the instructions to complete booking were easy to understand. All communication regarding her party before the event were clear, and all team members were polite. Our check-in for her party was hassle-free. It could not have been more smooth. Our party host Ricki was easily accessible, ready and willing to assist every step of the way. Her attitude was positive, welcoming, and inviting. The fact that everything we needed for her party was included, and the room was already set up . . . THE BEST! And clean up was taken care of too. I will highly recommend Sky Zone Timonium to anyone looking for a party idea for their kid. Exceeded my expectations and was worth every dollar!!!

Our party host Kaii was amazing, friendly and made my sons 6th birthday an amazing event. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating to everyone in our party. He is an excellent employee and asset to you Skyzone team!

Alexis was fantastic! Made the experience easy and very enjoyable!! Kids and parents had an amazing time!

Everything was pretty easy to arrange and we had a great experience. The only issue was that the host explained the rules too quickly and nobody understood a word she said. Her speech was very fast and not loud enough considering the check-in room is already loud. Lastly, I think the check-in room should have activities for kids to do while we wait. It is not easy to contain 15 5yo kids for 30 minutes (from check-in time to jumping time).
