From the moment we arrived until we left, we had a great experience. The staff was so friendly and kind. They went out of their way to make our party great and to accommodate us. The kids were so thirsty from jumping and the team refilled our waters many times and allowed us to use the room early to let the kids put their things and get drinks. Everyone was helpful and I was so impressed with how easy they made it. Our son had two years in a row of bad birthday luck and we really wanted to make this special, and I feel like they helped us accomplish that. Thank you to all your staff for giving us a great night!

The staff was very accommodating

Alex and his entire team were all so helpful with any questions we had. There was another party at the same time the team at sky zone kept everything well timed and organized. We booked the party online. The entire process was so easy. I think it was Ashley who reached out to us to confirm the party and go over the details, she was friendly and helpful. The entire team at Sky Zone Grand Rapids was above and beyond amazing. We can't wait to go back!

Our party room host was very attentive and friendly. He interacted with all the kids, the kids loved him!! He made it fun for them!! The activities were also fun and there wasn’t many people there so it was nice to have the place to almost ourselves. It made watching all the kids easier.

Lucas and Zack were amazing- attentive, fun and there for us!! I love how the guy employees engage our wild and crazy 10 year old boys :) We had a boisterous group and they handled it perfectly. I love how boys can be boys there with no shame- that's huge! Plus our room was set up and all our food etc taken care of right on time- we lacked for nothing!

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Clean facility and staff were attentive while jumping. Party set up was taken care of well while we jumped, which was nice.

My daughter had fun for her party

It was exactly what my son and 2 nephews wanted. I was able to easily coordinate a party for 3 birthdays and the park handled almost everything.

The staff was great and accommodating!

Right when we walked in told them who's party it was we got top notch service. They had carts for us to put our stuff on and everything was a smooth transition. All the kids enjoyed jumping and the 45 mins in the room was plenty for food and gifts. Right when we went in the pizza was ready and drinks. Very happy!
